Three Brothers, Four Options: 3 Brothers Home Buyers Opens in Chanhassen
Ryan, Jordan and Ross Quade launch 3 Brothers Home Buyers in Chanhassen in 2026: cash offers, MLS listings, creative financing and refi referrals.
We’re Ryan, Jordan and Ross Quade, and as of this fall, we’re open for business as 3 Brothers Home Buyers, working out of 6354 Oxbow Bend in Chanhassen. We buy houses for cash across Minneapolis and the seven-county Twin Cities metro. But that’s only one of the four things we do, and it’s the reason we started. You can read how the cash side works on our cash home buying page. This post is about why we built the business around four options instead of one.
Why we started
Most cash buyers offer a seller one thing: a low cash offer. They never mention that listing the house, restructuring the loan or refinancing might put more money in the seller’s pocket, because those options don’t make the buyer any money.
We think that’s backwards. So we built a business where the first question on every call isn’t “how fast can we buy it?” It’s “which of four paths puts the most money in your pocket?” Sometimes the answer is us. A lot of the time it isn’t, and Ryan will say so. That’s the whole idea behind when you should not sell to us.
Who does what
Ryan is the licensed agent and the one in charge. He talks to every seller, walks every house, writes every offer, and handles the paperwork and closing. He’s a Minnesota Resident Real Estate Salesperson, license #40924708, with Coldwell Banker Realty.
Jordan knows construction. He prices the repairs on every house, which is why our offers are built on a real repair estimate instead of a guess.
Ross works behind the scenes on marketing, deal flow, technology and relationships, so Ryan can spend his time with sellers.
The four paths

| Path | Best when | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| Sell to us for cash | Speed or a complicated situation matters most | Below market value |
| List it with Ryan | You have 30 to 60 days and the house is in decent shape | Takes longer; some prep |
| Creative financing | Title or mortgage problems block a normal sale | More complex |
| Refinance and keep it | The problem is temporary and you can qualify | You must qualify |
Every seller who talks to us gets all four in writing, with numbers, before any offer is signed.
What we promise, in writing
We opened this year, so we don’t have a pile of reviews or a count of houses bought, and we won’t pretend we do. What we can give you are commitments you can hold us to:
- A cash offer within 24 hours of the walkthrough
- Close in 7 to 14 days on cash sales, or on your date
- Up to $1,200 in moving assistance on cash sales
- No commissions, repairs or closing costs on cash sales
- You talk to Ryan, a licensed agent, every time
- A written comparison of all four paths before you sign anything
Why we publish the Wholesaler Test
A lot of the “we buy houses” mail you get comes from wholesalers. They put your house under contract, then sell the contract to another buyer for a fee. They can’t show you their math without showing you that fee.
So we published five checks you can run on any cash buyer: proof of funds, a written promise not to assign your contract, a license lookup, a Secretary of State business search and a physical address. Our own answers are on the same page. Run it on us. Read how to spot a scam cash buyer, and see how we calculate your cash offer, line by line.
Why Chanhassen

Because this is home. Our office at 6354 Oxbow Bend puts us about 25 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, 15 from Shakopee and Eden Prairie, and ten from the Carver County Government Center in Chaska. We’re not a franchise, not a national lead aggregator and not a call center in another state. When you call 612-229-7926, you get Ryan.
What’s next
This fall we’re focused on the situations where sellers need an honest answer most: foreclosures and sheriff’s sale deadlines, inherited houses going through Hennepin and Ramsey probate, liens and title problems, houses that need major repairs, and landlords who are done. Our guides cover each one with Minnesota specifics. Over the coming months we plan to add more Minnesota guides and, once we have closings to share, anonymized case walkthroughs showing all four options and what each seller chose.
If you have a house question, the easiest way to start is to send us the address or call Ryan. You’ll get a straight answer, even if the answer isn’t us.
